You further acknowledge and agree that sawrap shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on our Service. These Terms shall be governed and construed following the laws of the United Kingdom. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

We try to get Product descriptions, pricing and specifications right, but specifications may change and we reserve the right to withdraw or substitute items if necessary. Products are subject to availability, while stocks last.

We will sometimes send you information about special offers for sawrap customers from third parties, or allow them to do so. Where we allow them to do this, we will still control the data used and they will not receive any personal data about you unless you provide it to them. Like all major retailers, we use third-party service providers to carry out some services for us. This may include companies which process personal data. Any such processing is done on our behalf and under our control.

In general, you can choose how we communicate with you, but there are certain communications which are necessary for the operation of this site or that we are required to send by law, and you cannot opt out of these.

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9 am and 5 pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Your order will be dispatched via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. We will provide you with the tracking info and help trace your parcel on its journey to you if need be.

If your order is to be sent outside the EU, the 20% VAT included in all of our prices you see on the site will be removed automatically.

However, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. ( in general and in our experience to date, the charge does not exceed 20% of the value of the goods which you have paid). Customs policies do vary widely though from country to country; so you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.

If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.

We offer a returns policy for goods returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.

To return an item you MUST notify us in writing by email of your intention to return within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Please ensure you send the goods back within 14 days so we can process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return postage costs are at your expense unless the goods are faulty. We advise you to send by special delivery so the goods can be tracked as they are your responsibility until they reach our premises.

If you have had any custom alterations or bespoke, as with our terms and conditions, the goods cannot be returned.

We will refund your credit as soon as we receive your goods in the original condition with labels still attached, however, depending on credit card type this can take up to 10 days to show on your statement. Please allow for this.

Please notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

You must write on top of the box, and on the necessary documentation that the goods are a return of purchase, otherwise, you may be liable for import duty.

It is your responsibility to select a reliable carrier to return the goods to us, with a trackable service.

We are unable to offer refunds for international postage.
